Successful Networking Event and Factories Tour in Kyiv
1 May 2017
The AERO-UA project enjoyed a very successful Networking Event and Factories Tour in Kyiv during 19-20 April 2017. The event provided an excellent opportunity for the AERO-UA consortium partners – and the project’s Advisory Board Members from Airbus and DLR – to meet a large cross-section of Ukrainian aviation experts.
Networking Event
The Networking Event was held on the first day as a dedicated “AERO-UA Session” during the 13th International Scientific Conference "AVIA 2017" hosted by the National Aviation University in Kyiv. AVIA is one of Ukraine’s most well-known conference series dedicated to research and future trends in the field of air transport and related infrastructure.
About 65 people attended the AERO-UA session with participants coming from Ukrainian universities, institutes of the National Academy of Sciences, and industrial enterprises such as Antonov, FED, Ivchenko-Progress and Motor-Sich.
